How To Wash Your Face Scientifically?

There are different ways to wash your face for different skin types.

1. Wetting

Wet your face with warm water at about 37 degrees, not too cool and not too hot, because the pores are very sensitive to temperature, and body temperature is about the best. The requirement here is to wet, do not use a towel to wipe wet, then the humidity is not enough.

2. Knead away

It is to knead the face wash in the palm of your hand to open the foam. 3. Circular motion

It should also be noted that although cleansing instruments and cleansing brushes are more effective than normal cleansing, they are not recommended for daily use. Excessive cleaning and mechanical stimulation can instead cause skin barrier damage, facial sensitivity, mechanical folliculitis, and acne.

For sensitive skin, facial capillary dilation, hormone-dependent dermatitis, and other facial skin barrier damage, it is best not to use it.

Facial Cleansing Wipes

But for people with dry skin, I don’t recommend using Netflix cleansing wipes, because this mechanical friction can damage the skin barrier and cause skin sensitivity.
